  • Storage Information:

    • All parts included in this quote have been in storage since 2019.

    • Supporting consignment trace documentation and Fly Jamaica Airways reports, including stock levels at bankruptcy filing, are available upon request.

    • Trustee: Fly Jamaica Airways Ltd

    • Appointed Administrator: Wilfred Baghaloo, PwC

    • Photos and trace documentation are included with the quote or available upon request.

    • Extrinsic Aviation, LLC recommends a thorough review of all images and paperwork.

  • Inspection and Verification:

    • Discuss potential purchases with maintenance or repair shops before submitting a purchase order (PO).

    • It allows the identification of recertification costs before placing a PO.

    • Fresh Tags, as quoted, do not qualify under this acknowledgment.

  • Documentation:

    • Certified documentation 129-Fly Jamaica Airways, material certification, consignment letter, and packing list are available upon request.

    • Confirms the condition of the parts as of the date of sale.

    • Testimony to the quality and integrity of the parts, in alignment with all material facts on the material certifications.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Complete and record a comprehensive quality inspection by Extrinsic Aviation, LLC.

  • Pricing:

    • All pricing is per item unless noted otherwise.

    • Some parts are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

    • Additional shipping costs may apply for hazardous or oversized orders.

    • Pricing is subject to availability and based on the quantity requested.

    • Shipping is EXW unless other arrangements are made.

  • Shipping:

    • Processed using the customer’s shipping account or pre-paid and added to the invoice.

    • Handling fee of $45 if shipped pre-paid.

  • Payments:

    • All orders are CIA.

    • Domestic payments via ACH with no fee.

    • International payments via wire transfer with a $75 fee.

    • Fees for other payment methods are negotiated at purchase.

    • Wire transfers require a 1-3 day lead time for bank clearance.

    • Minimum PO: $100 per line item for domestic and $600 for global customers.

  • International Shipments:

    • Require a 3-5 day lead time and your shipping account number.

    • The customer must provide all necessary documents for import/export.

    • Identify the commercial value of each part.

  • Additional Charges:

    • May apply for oversized or heavy equipment
